Our Vision

Cranberry Academy is a happy, friendly and safe place where children develop a yearning for learning. We believe that education is preparation for life and we nurture our children to be confident, independent and empathetic learners.

At Cranberry, we seek to prepare each child to face life beyond the school with confidence. We aspire to set high standards for personal behaviour and self-belief, with kindness and respect for other people of all ages, races and cultures. We provide exciting and quality learning experiences in a safe, secure and happy environment.

Technology plays a key role in children’s learning and is used to aid and enhance their abilities within a range of subjects. Our computer suite, iPads, interactive whiteboards and various software and programs all contribute to creating engaging and stimulating lessons that help our children to reach their full potential. As technology is constantly changing and improving, our staff, governors and the children themselves are given the opportunity to contribute in discussions about how we can utilise technology more effectively in the future.
